Payment

Yes there is an extras fees like the local taxes that we charge once the Guest arrive to our Property and the price for it is 1.5 Euro par Persone. or if book a diner or lunch
the Guest must bring there passport and the prove of the reservation can be presented using there phone or any other way of communication
Pleas contact us before to get reasonable price because it can be variate base on the season that you would like to book.

Reservation

we do not do any refund but we will keep your booking one year after and you can come and stay. the only condition you need to contact us 3 months before.
Yes, we do offer 30 days money back before the arrival date. but if you cancel 4 days before the Arrival date the total amount will be charged. For that Hight Season you need to inform us 7 Days before arrival date other ways you will be charged or change the date that you Arrive Date. for the low season you will be charged only 3 days before you arrive. for all the date that we mention before them the cancelation will for Free.
We accept all currency Euro, Usd, Dirham… etc. you can pay on your chose.
